Thorpe Lea Fishery consists of an 18 acre lake with 60 swims nestled in the Surrey countryside, though deceptively only a 40 min drive from central London. The lake was stocked with 2,500 carp up to 18lbs in 2003. The stock has grown steadily and now there are over 27 fish known to be in excess of 30lb and 30% of the carp stock are over 20lb.
